Pastor Noah Thompson was born in Mankato, Minnesota and baptized at Mt. Olive Lutheran Church. Pastor Thompson is the son of Pastor David Thompson and Jenna Thompson. Raised in the Evangelical Lutheran Synod, Noah attended Bethany Lutheran College from which he graduated with a B.A. in Chemistry and a minor in Biology in 2013. However, after completing his degree he felt called to enter into the public ministry. With this intention, Pastor Thompson entered Bethany Lutheran Theological Seminary in the fall of 2014. He served his vicarage under Pastor Jeffery Luplow at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Frankenmuth, Michigan. After completing his vicarage, Pastor Thompson graduated with a Master’s of Divinity and received his first call to River Heights Lutheran Church. He was installed in July of 2018.
Pastor Thompson met his wife Courtney at Bethany Lutheran College. They were married in fall of 2013. They have five children: Elliott, Evelynn, Clara, Hudson, and Lucille.
